Green Chile Cheeseburgers

📌 Ingredients:
For the Patties:

1½ lbs ground beef (80/20 preferred)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

Optional: a splash of Worcestershire sauce

For the Toppings:

1 cup roasted green chile (Hatch or Anaheim), chopped

1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

Step 1: Make the Patties

Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire (if using).

Form into 4–5 thick patties.

Step 2: Cook the Patties

Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat, about 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Step 3: Add Toppings

In the last 2 minutes of cooking, top each patty with green chile and a generous handful of cheese.
